Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last Updated: June 25, 2026
Your Right to Opt Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
What Does “Sale” or “Sharing” Mean Here?
WorldKam does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not maintain or sell customer lists to vendors or data brokers.
However, under the broad definitions in the CCPA/CPRA, our use of certain third-party analytics and advertising technologies (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) — which may collect identifiers and usage data through the Platform and combine it with data they hold — may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
The categories of personal information that may be “shared” or deemed “sold” in this manner include:
- Online identifiers (such as cookies and device IDs)
- Device information
- Internet and app activity data
We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of anyone we know to be under 18.
For more details, see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
Current Opt-Out Mechanism — Account Deletion
WorldKam does not currently have the technical capability to exclude an active account from the third-party analytics and advertising services integrated into the Platform while continuing to provide the Platform.
Therefore, to fully opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information through these third-party tools, you must delete your account. Upon deletion, your use of the Platform — and the associated data collection through these tools — will cease.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your WorldKam account:
- Open the WorldKam app
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Select Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
For full details about what data is deleted and what is retained for legal compliance, see our Account Deletion page.
Additional Browser & Device-Level Controls
You may also use the following tools to limit tracking:
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): A browser signal that tells websites not to sell or share your personal information. WorldKam will honor this signal where supported.
- Browser cookie controls: Adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies.
- Google opt-out: Visit Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta opt-out: Adjust your ad preferences in your Meta/Facebook account settings.
- Mobile device settings: Limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
Non-Discrimination
WorldKam will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, service quality, or access to features because you chose to exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
As Our Technology Evolves
We intend to offer more granular opt-out controls as our technology evolves. We are committed to transparency and compliance with California privacy law.
