WorldKam LLC (“WorldKam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at www.worldkam.com (the “Site”) and the WorldKam mobile applications (the “App”). 1. Information We Collect and Use – User Content“User Content” includes photos, videos, audio, and other media and data that are:Uploaded by Clients;Captured, edited, or produced by Providers as part of a Booking; orOtherwise transmitted through or stored in connection with the Services.2.1 Marketplace and Delivery PurposesWe collect, process, and store User Content in order to:Enable Providers to capture, upload, edit, and deliver Content to Clients;Allow Clients to view, download, and purchase content packages;Support features such as galleries, previews, and selection tools;Provide customer support and dispute resolution related to Bookings.2.2 Promotional Use of Content (Default Rule)Unless otherwise stated and confirmed through an additional purchase of exclusive content rights, all Content can be used by WorldKam for promotional and marketing purposes. This may include:Showcasing example work and case studies on our Site, App, social channels, email marketing, and pitch materials;Featuring anonymized or de‑identified snippets in product tours, demos, and promotional videos;Highlighting the capabilities of the WorldKam marketplace and Providers.We will respect any specific usage restrictions agreed in writing with a Client (e.g., where the Client purchases exclusive usage rights and/or opts out of promotional use for a particular Booking).2.3 Exclusive Content RightsFor certain Bookings or content packages, Clients may have the option to purchase exclusive content rights or add‑on protections that:Limit or prohibit WorldKam’s promotional use of specific Content;Provide additional restrictions or commitments around how images or footage may be used.Where such exclusive rights are purchased and confirmed in writing (for example, in a Booking confirmation, add‑on description, or separate agreement):WorldKam’s promotional use of that specific Content will be limited or excluded in accordance with the terms of that exclusive rights arrangement;Any remaining Content not covered by an exclusive rights purchase will continue to be eligible for promotional use under the default rule above.3.
