- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform;

4. Service Providers and Third-Party Tools We Use
We rely on trusted third-party service providers and tools to operate the Platform. They include:
- Stripe — payment processing and payouts;

These third parties have their own privacy policies. We may add, remove, or change service providers over time.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our third-party partners use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, analyze usage, and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
7. “Sale” and “Sharing” of Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not maintain or sell customer lists to vendors or data brokers.
However, under the broad definitions in the CCPA/CPRA, our use of certain third-party analytics and advertising technologies (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) — which may collect identifiers and usage data through the Platform and combine it with data they hold — may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
The categories of personal information that may be “shared” or deemed “sold” include online identifiers, device information, and internet/app activity. We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of anyone we know to be under 18.
8. Your Right to Opt Out — “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
You have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as described in Section 7.
Current Opt-Out Mechanism — Account Deletion. WorldKam does not currently have the technical capability to exclude an active account from the third-party analytics and advertising services integrated into the Platform while continuing to provide the Platform. Therefore, to fully opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information through these third-party tools, you must delete your account.
Upon deletion, your use of the Platform — and the associated data collection through these tools — will cease, subject to the retention obligations described in Section 12.
To delete your account, use the account-deletion option in your account settings or contact us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
You may also use browser/device-level controls and opt-out tools offered by the third parties (e.g., Google and Meta) and signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where supported. As our technology evolves, we intend to offer more granular opt-out controls.
For detailed instructions on how to delete your account, see our Account Deletion page.
9. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (see Section 8);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent.
10. Your GDPR Rights (EEA/UK Users)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact [email protected].
11. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers of personal data.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Uploaded session content and deliverables may be stored for a limited period (currently up to thirty (30) days after delivery). After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
13. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. Contact [email protected] if you believe a minor has provided us information.
